Official Statement - Recall of HHC and THC-P Products<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Iguana Smoke would like to inform all our customers that, following the recent update of the current legislation on psychotropic substances, we are obliged to withdraw from our online shop all products that contain HHC (hexahydrocannabinol)<\/strong>, THC-P (tetrahydrocannabiforol)<\/strong> and its derivatives.<\/p>\r\n

The United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs, within the framework of the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances - ratified by Spain and implemented at national level by Royal Decree 2829\/1977 - has added new substances to its control lists. Among them are several semi-synthetic cannabinoids such as HHC, THC-P and their acetylated versions, considered substances of risk to public health due to their potential short- and long-term effects.<\/p>\r\n

As part of our commitment to legality and the safety of our customers, at Iguana Smoke we will stop selling these products immediately.<\/strong>. We emphasise that this decision is solely in response to the updating of the regulatory framework, with which we strictly comply.<\/p>\r\n

We therefore dissociate ourselves from the distribution and sale of any product containing these substances. We will continue to work to offer legal, safe and quality alternatives, in line with our philosophy and with chill as our flag.<\/p>\r\n
