The Legal Conditions of Shipment and Cancellation are part of the Legal Conditions of Contract (hereinafter the \u00abConditions of Sale\u00bb) governing sales transactions carried out in the online shop contained in the domain iguanasmoke.com (hereinafter the \u00abOnline Store\u00bb).<\/p>\n

The purchase of any of the products offered in the Online Shop implies the acceptance, without reservations of any kind, as USER-CUSTOMER of the Conditions of Use and Sale.<\/p>\n

    Env\u00edo a domicilio.<\/strong> Una vez confirmado el pago del pedido, este ser\u00e1 preparado y enviado a la direcci\u00f3n de entrega facilitada por el usuario durante el proceso de compra.<\/p>\n

    Una vez que el pedido haya sido expedido, se enviar\u00e1 un correo electr\u00f3nico con el n\u00famero de seguimiento para poder consultar su estado.<\/p>\n

    Preparaci\u00f3n y env\u00edo de pedidos<\/h4>\n

    Todos los pedidos son preparados y enviados en un plazo estimado de entre 24 y 48 horas laborables<\/strong> desde la confirmaci\u00f3n del pago.<\/p>\n

    Los plazos de preparaci\u00f3n pueden variar en funci\u00f3n de la disponibilidad y el stock de los productos incluidos en el pedido. En casos excepcionales, el tiempo de expedici\u00f3n podr\u00e1 ser superior al indicado debido a circunstancias log\u00edsticas, falta de stock o causas ajenas a la empresa.<\/p>\n

    Una vez expedido el pedido y entregado a la empresa de transporte, el plazo estimado de entrega en pen\u00ednsula es de 24 a 48 horas laborables<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Este plazo es orientativo y no constituye una garant\u00eda de entrega en dicho periodo, ya que puede verse afectado por la zona de destino, incidencias log\u00edsticas, periodos de alta demanda, festivos, disponibilidad del transporte o cualquier otra circunstancia ajena a nuestra empresa.<\/p>\n

    Por norma general, los pedidos destinados a pen\u00ednsula suelen ser entregados antes de las 19:00 h<\/strong>, aunque este horario puede variar seg\u00fan la ruta y la operativa de la empresa de transporte.<\/p>\n

    Gastos de env\u00edo en pen\u00ednsula<\/h4>\n

    El env\u00edo en pen\u00ednsula tiene un coste de 7,50 \u20ac<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    El env\u00edo ser\u00e1 gratuito para pedidos superiores a 40 \u20ac<\/strong> en el carrito de compra, siempre que dicho importe se alcance despu\u00e9s de aplicar cualquier cup\u00f3n de descuento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Env\u00edos a Islas Baleares<\/h4>\n

    Realizamos env\u00edos a las Islas Baleares.<\/p>\n

    El env\u00edo a Islas Baleares tiene un coste de 18 \u20ac<\/strong> para todos los pedidos. Para compras superiores a 40 \u20ac<\/strong>, el coste del env\u00edo ser\u00e1 de 10,89 \u20ac<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Env\u00edos a Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla<\/h4>\n

    Actualmente no realizamos env\u00edos a Canarias, Ceuta ni Melilla.<\/p>\n

      SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The cost of HOME DELIVERY will vary depending on location and weight, and the amounts and delivery times are stipulated in the sales offer for each product. For deliveries to mainland Spain, the delivery time is 24-48 hours. For deliveries to other European countries the delivery time is 5-7 days.<\/p>\n

      Shipments will be made solely and exclusively by Post or private transport company and it will be the USER-CUSTOMER who assumes the total shipping costs, except when it exceeds the amount established for free shipping or when there is a more favourable promotional offer for the USER-CUSTOMER.<\/p>\n

        CANCELLATIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        IGUANA SMOKE podr\u00e1 aceptar las anulaciones de cualquier pedido siempre que no se haya procedido al env\u00edo del mismo y seg\u00fan el estado de preparaci\u00f3n del mismo, para ello deber\u00e1 comunicarlo a trav\u00e9s de la siguiente direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico: info@iguanasmoke.com<\/p>\n

        IGUANA SMOKE may cancel the order if it has reason to believe that the means of payment or the purpose of the purchase is not valid or lawful.<\/p>\n

        In this case, IGUANA SMOKE will contact the USER-CUSTOMER and will propose an alternative way to solve the detected irregularity.<\/p>\n

        Legal Conditions of Return and Refund<\/strong><\/h4>\n

          RETURN<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          In accordance with current legislation, the USER-CUSTOMER shall have the right to return any product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product.<\/p>\n

          The product must be unused and in perfect condition, including accessories, documentation and original packaging, otherwise the goods will be depreciated.<\/p>\n

          The USER-CUSTOMER shall only be liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods purchased.<\/p>\n

          Under no circumstances will any money be refunded on flower products if they have been opened.<\/p>\n

          The USER-CUSTOMER must communicate his\/her intention to return the product object of the purchase to IGUANA SMOKE, to do so, please contact us by email at contacto@iguanasmoke.com or by using the chat button at the bottom right hand side of the screen.<\/p>\n

            REFUND<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            The amount will be refunded in accordance with the terms established in RDL 1\/2007 and by the same means of payment used by the USER-CUSTOMER to make the purchase.<\/p>\n

            For any form of return, the goods will be checked at the IGUANA SMOKE facilities. Once its correct condition has been checked, the amount will be refunded minus the shipping costs, in accordance with the method of payment made by the USER-CUSTOMER within a period of no more than 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned goods.<\/p>\n

            IGUANA SMOKE will bear the direct cost of the return in case of shipping error or manufacturing defect. For this purpose, IGUANA SMOKE will take charge of the shipment and, after verifying the validity of the error or manufacturing defect of the product, will pay the amount equivalent to the shipping costs subject to the return of the product to the account of the USER-CUSTOMER.<\/p>\n
