Official Statement - Recall of HHC and THC-P Products<\/h1>\r\nIguana Smoke would like to inform all our customers that, following the recent update of the current legislation on psychotropic substances, we are obliged to remove from our online shop all products containing HHC (hexahydrocannabinol), THC-P (tetrahydrocannabiforol) and their derivatives.\r\n\r\nThe United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs, in the framework of the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances - ratified by Spain and developed at national level by means of the State Order SND\/380\/2025, of 14 April, which updates the\r\nAnnex 1 of Royal Decree 2829\/1977 has added new substances to its control schedules. These include several semi-synthetic cannabinoids such as HHC, THC-P and their acetate versions, which are considered substances of risk to public health due to their potential short- and long-term effects.\r\n\r\nAs part of our commitment to legality and the safety of our customers, we at Iguana Smoke will immediately stop marketing these products. We stress that this decision responds exclusively to the updating of the regulatory framework, with which we strictly comply.\r\n\r\nWe therefore dissociate ourselves from the distribution and sale of any product containing these substances.
