General Terms and Conditions
The General Legal Conditions comprise the following clauses in conjunction with the Legal Conditions of Privacy and Cookies (hereinafter, the "Terms of Use") governing, inter alia, access and use of the website contained in the domain iguanasmoke.com (hereinafter, the "Web").
Access and use of the Website implies acceptance, without reservations of any kind, as a USER of the Conditions of Use.

In compliance with the duty of information established in article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the following information is reflected below: the owner of the website is LYFHEMP S.L. (hereinafter, "IGUANA SMOKE"), with Tax Identification Number B05292933, address at Calle Santa Virgilia 16 Escalera Derecha Bajo A, 28033, Madrid, and contact email: contacto@iguanasmoke.com. The company was incorporated for an indefinite period of time on 26 March 2021 by deed executed in Alcorcón, authorised by the Notary Public Mr. MONCADA Y DEL PRADO JUAN ANTONIO, under number 2021/469 of his protocol. It is duly registered in the Mercantile Register of Madrid, in volume 41562, folio 205, page M-736358, 1st inscription.
2.USER
Access to and/or use of the Website confers on any person the status of "USER", who expressly and fully accepts each and every one of the Conditions of Use, including those established for certain promotions as well as the Privacy and Cookies Policy, relating to the purposes of the processing of the personal data provided by the USER.
