Legal Conditions for Shipping and Returns
The Legal Conditions of Shipment and Cancellation are part of the Legal Conditions of Contract (hereinafter the "Conditions of Sale") governing sales transactions carried out in the online shop contained in the domain iguanasmoke.com (hereinafter the "Online Store").
The purchase of any of the products offered in the Online Shop implies the acceptance, without reservations of any kind, as USER-CUSTOMER of the Conditions of Use and Sale.
- SHIPPING METHODS
HOME DELIVERY, once the payment of the order has been verified, it will be sent to the postal address provided by the USER-CUSTOMER. We will send you notifications by email to inform you of the status of your order within a period not exceeding 24 hours.
SENDING THE PACKAGE
Orders received before 16:00h will be shipped the same day, after this time the packages are shipped within 24 working hours of receipt of payment, via private transport company with the respective tracking number sent automatically to the same email where the order has been placed.
The package will arrive within 24/48 hours of dispatch.
As a general rule the package will be delivered before 19:00 pm for all orders placed on the peninsula.
Shipping costs €7.50 and is free from €40 in the shopping cart (no discount coupon applied).
BALEARIC ISLANDS
Delivery to the Balearic Islands costs 18€ for all orders and 10,89€ for orders over 40€.
CANARY ISLANDS (48-72h)
Deliveries to the Canary Islands are not possible at this time.
CEUTA/MELILLA- (48-72h)
Deliveries to Ceuta/Melilla are not possible at this time.
- SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME
The cost of HOME DELIVERY will vary depending on location and weight, and the amounts and delivery times are stipulated in the sales offer for each product. For deliveries to mainland Spain, the delivery time is 24-48 hours. For deliveries to other European countries the delivery time is 5-7 days.
Deliveries will be made solely and exclusively by post or private transport company and it will be the USER-CUSTOMER who assumes the total shipping costs, except when the amount established for free deliveries is exceeded or when there is a more favourable promotional offer for the USER-CUSTOMER.
- CANCELLATIONS
IGUANA SMOKE will be able to accept cancellations of any order as long as the order has not been shipped and depending on the state of preparation of the order, to do so you must communicate it through the following email address: contacto@iguanasmoke.com
IGUANA SMOKE may cancel the order if it has reason to believe that the means of payment or the purpose of the purchase is not valid or lawful.
In this case, IGUANA SMOKE will contact the USER-CUSTOMER and will propose an alternative way to solve the detected irregularity.
Legal Conditions of Return and Refund
The Legal Conditions of Return and Refund are part of the Legal Conditions of Contract (hereinafter the "Conditions of Sale") governing sales transactions carried out in the online shop contained in the domain iguanasmoke.com (hereinafter the "Online Store").
The purchase of any of the products offered in the Online Shop implies the acceptance, without reservations of any kind, as USER-CUSTOMER of the Conditions of Use and Sale.
- RETURN
In accordance with current legislation, the USER-CUSTOMER shall have the right to return any product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product.
The product must be unused and in perfect condition, including accessories, documentation and original packaging, otherwise the goods will be depreciated.
The USER-CUSTOMER shall only be liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods purchased.
Under no circumstances will any money be refunded on flower products if they have been opened.
The USER-CUSTOMER must communicate his/her intention to return the product object of the purchase to IGUANA SMOKE, to do so, please contact us by email at contacto@iguanasmoke.com or by using the chat button at the bottom right hand side of the screen.
- REFUND
The amount will be refunded in accordance with the terms established in RDL 1/2007 and by the same means of payment used by the USER-CUSTOMER to make the purchase.
For any form of return, the goods will be checked at the IGUANA SMOKE facilities. Once its correct condition has been checked, the amount will be refunded minus the shipping costs, in accordance with the method of payment made by the USER-CUSTOMER within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned goods.
IGUANA SMOKE will bear the direct cost of the return in case of shipping error or manufacturing defect. For this purpose, IGUANA SMOKE will take charge of the shipment and, after verifying the validity of the error or manufacturing defect of the product, will pay the amount equivalent to the shipping costs subject to the return of the product to the account of the USER-CUSTOMER.
In the event that there is no manufacturing defect or shipping error, the USER-CUSTOMER will be responsible for the shipping costs of exchanging or returning their order within the aforementioned period of legal guarantee for the return of products, in accordance with current regulations.
