Legal Conditions for Shipping and Returns

The Legal Conditions of Shipment and Cancellation are part of the Legal Conditions of Contract (hereinafter the «Conditions of Sale») governing sales transactions carried out in the online shop contained in the domain iguanasmoke.com (hereinafter the «Online Store»).

The purchase of any of the products offered in the Online Shop implies the acceptance, without reservations of any kind, as USER-CUSTOMER of the Conditions of Use and Sale.

1. SHIPPING METHODS

Home delivery. Once payment for the order has been confirmed, it will be prepared and dispatched to the delivery address provided by the user during the purchasing process.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email containing the tracking number will be sent so you can check its status.

Order fulfilment and dispatch

All orders are prepared and dispatched within an estimated period of between 24 to 48 working hours from payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary depending on the availability and stock of the products included in the order. In exceptional cases, the dispatch time may be longer than indicated due to logistical circumstances, lack of stock or causes beyond the company's control.

Estimated delivery times

Once the order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier company, the estimated delivery time for the mainland is 24 to 48 working hours.

This timeframe is a guide and does not constitute a guarantee of delivery within that period, as it may be affected by the destination area, logistical issues, periods of high demand, bank holidays, transport availability or any other circumstance beyond our company's control.

As a general rule, orders destined for the mainland are usually delivered before 19:00, although this timetable may vary depending on the route and the transport company's operations.

Delivery charges to the mainland

Delivery to the mainland has a cost of 7,50 €.

Delivery will be free for orders over 40 € in the shopping basket, provided that amount is reached after applying any discount coupon.

Deliveries to the Balearic Islands

We deliver to the Balearic Islands.

Shipping to the Balearic Islands has a cost of 18 € for all orders. For purchases over 40 €, the delivery cost will be 10,89 €.

Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

2. SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME

The cost of HOME DELIVERY will vary depending on location and weight, and the amounts and delivery times are stipulated in the sales offer for each product. For deliveries to mainland Spain, the delivery time is 24-48 hours. For deliveries to other European countries the delivery time is 5-7 days.

Shipments will be made solely and exclusively by Post or private transport company and it will be the USER-CUSTOMER who assumes the total shipping costs, except when it exceeds the amount established for free shipping or when there is a more favourable promotional offer for the USER-CUSTOMER.

3. CANCELLATIONS

IGUANA SMOKE will be able to accept cancellations for any order as long as it has not yet been dispatched and depending on its stage of preparation; to do so, you must notify them via the following email address: info@iguanasmoke.com

IGUANA SMOKE may cancel the order if it has reason to believe that the means of payment or the purpose of the purchase is not valid or lawful.

In this case, IGUANA SMOKE will contact the USER-CUSTOMER and will propose an alternative way to solve the detected irregularity.

No returns are accepted on orders outside Spain.

Legal Conditions of Return and Refund

The Legal Conditions of Return and Refund are part of the Legal Conditions of Contract (hereinafter the «Conditions of Sale») governing sales transactions carried out in the online shop contained in the domain iguanasmoke.com (hereinafter the «Online Store»).

The purchase of any of the products offered in the Online Shop implies the acceptance, without reservations of any kind, as USER-CUSTOMER of the Conditions of Use and Sale.

1. RETURN

In accordance with current legislation, the USER-CLIENT has the right of withdrawal and may return any product within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

• In pristine condition, unused.
• Keep fully sealed in its original packaging.

Returns of products that have been opened, unsealed or used will not be accepted. In the event that the product shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or functioning, the USER-CLIENT shall be liable for any diminished value thereof, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

For returns of orders placed within Spain, the transport conditions will be managed in accordance with the applicable regulations and the specific conditions of the order.

For orders shipped outside Spain, the customer must bear the full shipping costs resulting from the return of the product, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective product.

The USER-CLIENT must communicate their intention to return the product to IGUANA SMOKE within the legal cancellation period.

Once the request has been received, we will provide the necessary instructions to process the return correctly.

2. REFUND

The amount will be refunded in accordance with the terms established in RDL 1/2007 and by the same means of payment used by the USER-CUSTOMER to make the purchase.

For any form of return, the goods will be checked at the IGUANA SMOKE facilities. Once its correct condition has been checked, the amount will be refunded minus the shipping costs, in accordance with the method of payment made by the USER-CUSTOMER within a period of no more than 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned goods.

IGUANA SMOKE will bear the direct cost of the return in case of shipping error or manufacturing defect. For this purpose, IGUANA SMOKE will take charge of the shipment and, after verifying the validity of the error or manufacturing defect of the product, will pay the amount equivalent to the shipping costs subject to the return of the product to the account of the USER-CUSTOMER.

In the event that there is no manufacturing defect or shipping error, the USER-CUSTOMER will be responsible for the shipping costs of exchanging or returning their order within the aforementioned period of legal guarantee for the return of products, in accordance with current regulations.
