Official Statement - Recall of HHC and THC-P Products

Iguana Smoke would like to inform all our customers that, following the recent update of the current legislation on psychotropic substances, we are obliged to remove from our online shop all products containing HHC (hexahydrocannabinol), THC-P (tetrahydrocannabiforol) and their derivatives.

The United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs, in the framework of the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances - ratified by Spain and implemented at national level by means of the State Order SND/380/2025 of 14 April, updating the
Annex 1 of Royal Decree 2829/1977 has added new substances to its control lists. These include several semi-synthetic cannabinoids such as HHC, THC-P and their acetate versions, which are considered substances of risk to public health because of their potential short- and long-term effects.

As part of our commitment to legality and the safety of our customers, we at Iguana Smoke are immediately ceasing to market these products. We emphasise that this decision responds exclusively to the updating of the regulatory framework, with which we strictly comply.

We therefore dissociate ourselves from the distribution and sale of any product containing these substances. We will continue to work to offer legal, safe and quality alternatives, in line with our philosophy.

This order enters into force on 23 April 2025, to the day following its publication in the BOE.
