Legal Conditions for Shipping and Returns

The Legal Conditions of Shipment and Cancellation are part of the Legal Conditions of Contract (hereinafter the «Conditions of Sale») governing sales transactions carried out in the online shop contained in the domain iguanasmoke.com (hereinafter the «Online Store»).

The purchase of any of the products offered in the Online Shop implies the acceptance, without reservations of any kind, as USER-CUSTOMER of the Conditions of Use and Sale.

1. SHIPPING METHODS

Envío a domicilio. Una vez confirmado el pago del pedido, este será preparado y enviado a la dirección de entrega facilitada por el usuario durante el proceso de compra.

Una vez que el pedido haya sido expedido, se enviará un correo electrónico con el número de seguimiento para poder consultar su estado.

Preparación y envío de pedidos

Todos los pedidos son preparados y enviados en un plazo estimado de entre 24 y 48 horas laborables desde la confirmación del pago.

Los plazos de preparación pueden variar en función de la disponibilidad y el stock de los productos incluidos en el pedido. En casos excepcionales, el tiempo de expedición podrá ser superior al indicado debido a circunstancias logísticas, falta de stock o causas ajenas a la empresa.

Plazos estimados de entrega

Una vez expedido el pedido y entregado a la empresa de transporte, el plazo estimado de entrega en península es de 24 a 48 horas laborables.

Este plazo es orientativo y no constituye una garantía de entrega en dicho periodo, ya que puede verse afectado por la zona de destino, incidencias logísticas, periodos de alta demanda, festivos, disponibilidad del transporte o cualquier otra circunstancia ajena a nuestra empresa.

Por norma general, los pedidos destinados a península suelen ser entregados antes de las 19:00 h, aunque este horario puede variar según la ruta y la operativa de la empresa de transporte.

Gastos de envío en península

El envío en península tiene un coste de 7,50 €.

El envío será gratuito para pedidos superiores a 40 € en el carrito de compra, siempre que dicho importe se alcance después de aplicar cualquier cupón de descuento.

Envíos a Islas Baleares

Realizamos envíos a las Islas Baleares.

El envío a Islas Baleares tiene un coste de 18 € para todos los pedidos. Para compras superiores a 40 €, el coste del envío será de 10,89 €.

Envíos a Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla

Actualmente no realizamos envíos a Canarias, Ceuta ni Melilla.

2. SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME

The cost of HOME DELIVERY will vary depending on location and weight, and the amounts and delivery times are stipulated in the sales offer for each product. For deliveries to mainland Spain, the delivery time is 24-48 hours. For deliveries to other European countries the delivery time is 5-7 days.

Shipments will be made solely and exclusively by Post or private transport company and it will be the USER-CUSTOMER who assumes the total shipping costs, except when it exceeds the amount established for free shipping or when there is a more favourable promotional offer for the USER-CUSTOMER.

3. CANCELLATIONS

IGUANA SMOKE podrá aceptar las anulaciones de cualquier pedido siempre que no se haya procedido al envío del mismo y según el estado de preparación del mismo, para ello deberá comunicarlo a través de la siguiente dirección de correo electrónico: info@iguanasmoke.com

IGUANA SMOKE may cancel the order if it has reason to believe that the means of payment or the purpose of the purchase is not valid or lawful.

In this case, IGUANA SMOKE will contact the USER-CUSTOMER and will propose an alternative way to solve the detected irregularity.

Legal Conditions of Return and Refund

The Legal Conditions of Return and Refund are part of the Legal Conditions of Contract (hereinafter the «Conditions of Sale») governing sales transactions carried out in the online shop contained in the domain iguanasmoke.com (hereinafter the «Online Store»).

The purchase of any of the products offered in the Online Shop implies the acceptance, without reservations of any kind, as USER-CUSTOMER of the Conditions of Use and Sale.

1. RETURN

In accordance with current legislation, the USER-CUSTOMER shall have the right to return any product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product.

The product must be unused and in perfect condition, including accessories, documentation and original packaging, otherwise the goods will be depreciated.

The USER-CUSTOMER shall only be liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods purchased.

Under no circumstances will any money be refunded on flower products if they have been opened.

The USER-CUSTOMER must communicate his/her intention to return the product object of the purchase to IGUANA SMOKE, to do so, please contact us by email at contacto@iguanasmoke.com or by using the chat button at the bottom right hand side of the screen.

2. REFUND

The amount will be refunded in accordance with the terms established in RDL 1/2007 and by the same means of payment used by the USER-CUSTOMER to make the purchase.

For any form of return, the goods will be checked at the IGUANA SMOKE facilities. Once its correct condition has been checked, the amount will be refunded minus the shipping costs, in accordance with the method of payment made by the USER-CUSTOMER within a period of no more than 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned goods.

IGUANA SMOKE will bear the direct cost of the return in case of shipping error or manufacturing defect. For this purpose, IGUANA SMOKE will take charge of the shipment and, after verifying the validity of the error or manufacturing defect of the product, will pay the amount equivalent to the shipping costs subject to the return of the product to the account of the USER-CUSTOMER.

In the event that there is no manufacturing defect or shipping error, the USER-CUSTOMER will be responsible for the shipping costs of exchanging or returning their order within the aforementioned period of legal guarantee for the return of products, in accordance with current regulations.
